Since 2000 we have supported a large number of HP1000 A-Series systems throughout Britain, predominantly within the wholesale grocery marketplace.

We aim to continue providing this support indefinitely, especially as manufacturer support ceased completely in November 2005.

A typical contract would offer same-day on-site service to system hardware with next-day swap-out service on peripheral hardware (eg. printers or keyboards). But our service doesn't stop there. Our contracts are fully flexible from return-to-bench repairs right up to 24-hour 7-day cover.

And in conjunction with our partners, we can also offer similar levels of service on HP3000, HP9000 and HP NetServer systems and peripherals.
