Maintenance
Naturally, as suppliers of the Elcom POS-4000, we also offer comprehensive maintenance options with it. Our first level of service, for non-critical hardware involves sending a replacement by courier. Once repacked, the faulty item is collected by courier and returned to us. Our second level of service is a site visit to replace or repair your faulty item. Whilst normally undertaken on the next working day, we appreciate the critical nature of EPoS and can tailor this response to suit you: if you would like same-day service seven days a week, we can supply!
