| HP1000 | Hexacom
Limited was incorporated in 2000 as a supplier of parts and maintenance
services to the users of HP1000 A-Series systems across over a hundred
sites within the United Kingdom. This remains our principal business
activity. Some of the peripheral parts we supply are common to other HP
platforms, eg. HP3000 and HP9000 and HP NetServer. In conjunction with
our partners we also offer contract maintenance to these systems.
Much of this work is undertaken within the wholesale grocery business, so it was a natural step to take on the maintenance of non-HP hardware within the same framework. This is why we now offer maintenance on less specific hardware, including (but not restricted to) OKI dot-matrix printers, Metrologic barcode scanners, Datamax/Fargo thermal printers, Cashbases cash drawers and Alphameric keyboards. Our accreditation as a supplier and maintainer of the Elcom POS-4000 EPoS systems also stems from our grocery industry background. Since 2003 we have installed and maintained the POS-4000 on sites between Tyneside and Cornwall. For further information on our products and services, please call (01942) 255155. |
